Policy

1. A $1000 deposit is required to hold the date; it is non-refundable

2. Four weeks before the event, a meeting outlining all the details of your wedding and/ or your reception will take place. A non-refundable 50% payment will be made at this time.

3. A finalized guest count is needed 2 weeks prior to the event.

4. Final payment is due the Wednesday prior to the event.

5. We reserve the right to increase the alcohol or food package price by no more than 5% from the stated per person price at the time of booking
